Job Ads

Checking out job advertisements is popular with executives worldwide. But  though the activity is universal, is the same true of the advertisements?  Are executive positions in different countries advertised in the same way? First, what UK job seekers consider an essential piece of information what the post pays – is absent from French and German adverts. Most  British advertisements mention not only salary, but also other material incentives including a car and fringe benefits. French or German advertisements rarely refer to these. The attention given to rewards in the UK indicates the importance of the job and its responsibility. In France and Germany, that information is given by the level of experience and qualifications demanded. Salary can be assumed to correspond with this.

           Различия объявлений о работе  популярно среди руководителей  фирм, компаний во всем мире. Хотя  это распространено повсюду, есть  ли сходство в объявлениях?  Размещают ли в разных странах  объявления о вакансиях на  административные должности? Прежде  всего, люди в поисках работы  в Великобритании обращают внимание  на весьма существенную информацию, содержащуюся в объявлениях. Эти  сведения отсутствуют в объявлениях о работе во Франции и Германии. В большинстве рекламных объявлений в Великобритании указывают не только заработную плату, но также и другие материальные стимулы, включая автомобиль и дополнительные пособия.

Во Франции  и Германии редко ссылаются на это в объявлениях. Внимание, обращаемое на материальные поощрения указывает на значимости данной работы и ответственное отношение к ней. Во Франции и Германии, эта информация представляется исходя из опыта работы к требуемой квалификации. Размер заработной платы можно предположить в соответствии с этим.
