"Наш город станет лучше, если..."

                          « Our town will be better, if»

     I like this town and, of course, I wish that it will be developed, prosperous, bigger, richer and more wonderful. But, what can it make better?! I think, that first of all, we must learn to love our town properly. We, citizens of this town, should realize our altitude to the town. Our president in his message «Казахстанский путь – 2050» told, that we should develop our country. But we know, that great things start with small ones. Therefore we must begin with every city, village and every person. If we want to make our town better, every person must carry his own contribution.

      We must become kinder, more friendly. Everybody should implement his work conscientiously. If every person does not throw the rubbish, our town will be tidy. When all people understand this, their children will keep our town tidy too. We all,  pupils, students and workers of enterprises must organize sweepings on the sites. When we will work with hands, nobody doesn’t want to litter. Our town will be better, if we organize better our house! Officials and administration should solve the problems of the city with the full responsibility and seriousness. They must work out the precise program of actions. If we will begin take care of ecology, our town will be better. Atmosphere is very polluted. We should guard and keep our forests from fire. If citizens of our town grow a lot of trees, the air will be fresher. It is necessary to plant a lot of flowers, which will bring our people much pleasure.     It will be wonderful, if in the parks will be built circus, different attractions for children, coffee houses, dance floors and much more. Petropavlovsk is located on river Ishim, which is contaminated and clogged.          Administration of our town do not pay much attention to the safety of environment. It should be state and legal protection. Do not litter! Keep tidy! Such slogans must be everywhere to attract citizen’s attention to this problem. Also, we must develop culture, art and sport. Our town will be better, if will be built sport complexes, theaters, musical schools.

    If we want to make our town better, we must change ourselves! People, this our town! Who, except us, can take care of the our city? Nobody! Only we! Everything depends from us!!!
