Culture (from the Latin. "Education") - a way of self-reproduction of social rights and humanity, historically a certain level of social development, creativity and abilities, expressed in the types and forms of organization of human life and activity, as well as to be exposed to their material and spiritual values. Political historical experience is the foundation of the development of political culture. It captures history of the development of political relations in various forms: historical, literary, scientific, monuments, political traditions, political ideology; in the form of a functioning political system and its institutions, norms, principles, social and political connections. On the basis of historical knowledge of the emerging political consciousness, social memory society approved political guidelines and patterns of political behavior.

Introduction
Culture (from the Latin. "Education") - a way of self-reproduction of social rights and humanity, historically a certain level of social development, creativity and abilities, expressed in the types and forms of organization of human life and activity, as well as to be exposed to their material and spiritual values.
Political historical experience is the foundation of the development of political culture. It captures history of the development of political relations in various forms: historical, literary, scientific, monuments, political traditions, political ideology; in the form of a functioning political system and its institutions, norms, principles, social and political connections. On the basis of historical knowledge of the emerging political consciousness, social memory society approved political guidelines and patterns of political behavior.
Definition of “political culture”
The term "political culture" was introduced by I. Herder.
Political culture - an integral part of the national culture and above all the political experience of mankind, resulting in the historical development. Having been around in some form, this experience has an effect on the formation of political consciousness of the people and eventually reflected in their political orientation and attitudes which, in turn, determine the political behavior. In this definition, together three interrelated concepts: the political experience, consciousness and political behavior. These are structural elements of the political culture.
The essence of the political culture
The essence of political culture is a set of political knowledge, individual positions, orientations, values and actions of the subjects political life. The political culture of our time - is the result of the development of the wealth of modern civilization, political education, political awareness. It is an important part of the spiritual life of society is reflected in the political consciousness and political behavior. Behavior - is the mode of existence of culture.
The level of political culture is defined in the political identity formation. Almost in a weak society, individuals and groups are attached to a particular system of values, acceptable forms of political behavior.
There are different interpretations of the socialization process:
development of personal control
interpersonal communication
role-playing exercise
social learning
One of the most common treatments is to understand the socialization process of development personal control. It was developed by Sigmund Freud and is associated with the ideas of classical psychoanalysis. The basis of his theory lies on the position that the individual is always in conflict with society represses its biological motives with which he is born. In connection with this growing need of the individual in self-control, to avoid situations of fear and nervousness.
The model of socialization as a result of interpersonal communication is based on the theory of symbolic interactionism Cooley and Mead, according to which a person creates his "I" as a result of multiple human interactions with the world around.
Prevailing models of socialization in Western science has become characteristic of its role as a training session. The theoretical basis of this understanding of socialization is the structural functionalism Parsons. The social role of the individual assumes the expected behavior, role-appropriate regulations.
There is a wide spectrum of directions in which socialization is considered from the standpoint of behaviorism as social learning. Socialization is described as a process of continuous modification of human behavior through rewards and punishments.

legal and regulatory function - the formation and consolidation of the public consciousness the necessary political values, attitudes, goals, motives, behaviors.
educational function (a function of political socialization) - formation of the person, the citizen.
cognitive function -

The political socialization of the individual performed in several stages:
I. Politicization - in children influenced by ratings parents, their attitudes and reactions forming first impressions of the world of politics.
II. Personalization - During this period, the perception of power personified. Samples of power are, for example, the figure of the president, the prime minister or the police.
III. Idealization - important political figures ascribed certain qualities and, on this basis, a stable emotional relationship to the political system.
IV. Institutional - characterized by the transition from a personalized perception of politics to the more abstract. At this stage lays the concepts of institutions of power.
Conclusion
The political culture is now one of the most popular and relevant not only in political science, but also in everyday vocabulary. It is used and the professional politicians, and journalists, politicians and people from far away. This concept has become a kind of an integral characteristic of the political consciousness and political behavior of individual nations, peoples and societies.
Political culture appears as a structure of orientation, which includes: knowledge of the political system, its functions, decisions and actions, feelings about the political system and the politicians (emotional orientation), judgments, opinions, and ideas about the political system (evaluative orientation).
Political culture - a historically determined set of conventional methods of political interaction and regulation of their rules and norms reflecting the social experiences, traditions and interests of social actors in the form of the fundamental political values, attitudes and behaviors.
