Экономиканың дағдарысқа дейінгі ахуалын көрсететін рейтингтің қорытындысы бойынша Қазақстанды макроэкономикалық жағдайы тұрақты, адами әлеуеті біршама жоғары және осы деңгейде дамыған тұтынушылық нарығы бар, алайда инфрақұрылымдық-мекемелік және инновациялық-технологиялық даму жағынан орташа, сондай-ақ бизнесі бәсекеге қабілеттілігі жеткіліксіз ел ретінде сипаттауға болады.
Егер 2006-2007 жылдары республика 50-ші орында болса, 2007-2008 жылдары – 61-ші, ал 2008-2009 жылдары 66-шы орынға төмендеді. Рейтингіге барлығы 131 мемлекет қатысты.
Научная новизна исследования заключается в выводах и рекомендациях диссертации:
– на основе анализа конкурентных условий функционирования предприятий кондитерской промышленности выявлены особенности конкурентной среды на рынке кондитерской продукции, что позволило доказать целесообразность вертикальной интеграции крупных и средних кондитерских предприятий в условиях усиления конкуренции со стороны национальных и зарубежных производителей;
– разработан организационно-экономический механизм повышения конкурентоспособности кондитерских предприятий, который позволяет учесть структуру региональных рынков кондитерской продукции, специфику внешней и внутренней среды региональных крупных и средних предприятий кондитерской промышленности и сформировать долговременные конкурент-ные преимущества;
– предложена система показателей для комплексной оценки конкурентоспособности продукции предприятий кондитерской промыш-ленности.
– разработана методика оценки конкурентоспособности кондитерских предприятий, а также кондитерской продукции с учетом прогнозных оценок показателей изменения конкурентной среды.
Основные положения, выносимые на защиту:
– авторский подход к рассмотрению теории стратегического управления кондитерскими предприятиями, направленной на формирование долговременных конкурентых преимуществ и достижение долгосрочных целей предприятия.

– рекомендации по углублению методов анализа и оценки конкуренции отечественных кондитерских предприятий, необходимых для выработки стратегии развития и принятия управленческих решений, необходимых для реализации целей, установленных в стратегии, позволяют выявить проблемные вопросы, касающиеся повышения конкурентоспособности, основным из которых является недостовернось или недоступность требуемой для этих методов информации, недостаточнось собственных специалистов, средств для привлечения профессионалов из ведущих консалтинговых компаний.
– авторские разработки по функционированию экономического механизма повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий и выявлению основных направлений его совершенствования, конурентных преимуществ фирм и принципов формирования их конкурентоспособности.
– пути решения проблем взаимодействия теории и практики конкурентоспособности в Казахстане, особенно применения инструментария конкурентоспособности на предприятиях кондитерского сегмента пищевой промышленности.
Научная и практическая значимость работы
Практическая значимость диссертации определяется, прежде всего, тем, что предложенный организационно-экономический механизм повы-шения конкурентоспособности кондитерских предприятий может быть использован при разработке научно обоснованных решений по повышению эффективности стратегического управления крупными и средними а так же малыми предприятиями кондитерского сектора в условиях усиления конкуренции со стороны национальных и зарубежных производителей.

Ways to improve competitiveness of Kazakhstan enterprises

Goals and research objectives. The goal of thesis is a researching of economic mechanism functioning of competitive recovery of enterprises and revealing of basic directions and its perfection on the basis of generalization and classification of existing theoretical approaches and the analysis of practical activities of enterprises, revealing of competitive advantages of companies and principles of formation of their competitiveness.
Subject of research are managerial processes by competitiveness of an industrial enterprise.
Object of research are the enterprises of Kazakhstan confectionary industry.
Methodological and theoretical base of this research were works of economics classics’, the monography and articles of modern researchers concerning a competitiveness, strategic planning and management of competitiveness, the analysis and an estimation of enterprises economic activities of confectionary industry, problems of rating estimation, and also normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In thesis general scientific methods of knowledge are used: systematic, statistical, logic, comparative, dialectic approach and others.
As informational background of research are served the Kazakhstan National Agency materials on statistics, marketing research results, and also the data of account, accountability and publications of the surveyed confectionary enterprises collected by thesis author during research.
The scientific novelty of research consists in dissertation conclusions and recommendations:
– On the basis of the analysis of competitive enterprises operating conditions of the confectionary industry features of the competitive environment in the confectionary market production that has allowed to prove expediency of vertical integration as a strategic direction large development and average confectionary enterprises in the conditions of competitive strengthening from outside national and foreign manufacturers are revealed;
– The organizational-economic mechanism of competitiveness increase of the confectionery enterprises which allows to consider regional markets structure of confectionery production, specificity of the external and internal environment of the large regional and average enterprises of the confectionery industry and to generate long-term competitive advantages;
– The indicators system for a complex estimation of production competitiveness of the confectionery industry enterprises, considering dynamic aspects of competitive environment change, specific features of consumer preferences on aggregated product line groups and also influence of the given indicators on enterprise rates of competitiveness as a whole;
– The technique of an estimation of confectionery enterprises competitiveness, and also confectionery production with allowance for look-ahead indicators estimations of change the competitive environment is developed.
The conclusions drawn in the dissertation can be used in the further development of the enterprise for perfection of the economic mechanism of competitiveness increase. The organizational-economic mechanism of competitiveness increase of the confectionery enterprises developed in the dissertation and a technique of its realization introduce the investment in the theory of management of competitiveness of an industrial enterprise.
The highlight that submitted for defence of the thesis:
– The author's approach to consideration of the theory of strategic management by the confectionery enterprises, directed on formation long-term competitive advantages and achievement of long-term objectives of the enterprise.
– Author's viewing of increasing infrastructural-institutional and innovational-technological development of confectionery segment.
– Recommendations upon advanced methods of the analysis and an estimation of a competitiveness of the domestic confectionery enterprises necessary for strategy formulation of development and acceptance of administrative decisions, the purposes necessary for realization that established in strategy, allow to reveal the problem questions concerning competitive recovery, basic of which is invalidation or inaccessibility of the information that required for these methods, is insufficient own experts, means for attraction of professionals from the leading consulting companies.
– Authoring on functioning of the economic mechanism of competitive recovery for enterprises and revealing of the basic directions in its perfection, competitive advantages of firms and principles of formation of their competitiveness.
– Ways of problem decision for interaction of the theory and competitiveness practice in Kazakhstan, especially applications of toolkit of competitiveness at the enterprises of a confectionery segment of the food-processing industry.
The practical importance of the dissertation is determined, first of all with the offered organizational-economic mechanism of competitiveness increase of the confectionery enterprises can be used by working out scientifically reasoned decisions on effectiveness of strategic management by the large and average confectionery enterprises in the conditions of competitiveness strengthening from outside national and foreign manufacturers, and also small enterprises.
The developed technique of an estimation of competitiveness of the confectionery enterprises can find wide practical application in strategic management of competitiveness of the enterprises.
Approbation of the thesis.
Results of an estimation of competitiveness of large Kazakhstan confectionary factories have been used for working out of strategy of confectionary factory "Rakhat" in Almaty market.
Volume and work structure. Dissertational work consists of the introduction, three heads, the conclusion, the bibliographic list of the used literature. Work is presented on pages, including drawings and tables.
