The purpose of the work – project of hydrocracking plant on JSC «Naftan».
The analytical review of the condition of the problem with the elements of patent studying is organized, where is presented feature of hydrocracking process, description existing technological schemes and the main equipment for conduct given process.
Brought the feature of feed and produced to product. It is described technological scheme of the process, is given motivation accepted decision at the option of the technological scheme of the process. The material balance of the plant and heat balance of hydrocracking reactor section is calculated. The presented hydrotreating and hydrocracking reactors calculation, is executed a calculation of the accessory.
The functional automation scheme of plant reactor section is develop. Certain the parameters, subjecting to checking and regulation. It is selected primary and secondary instruments, executive mechanisms and computer for realization of the technological scheme.
The engineering actions is designed on provision of safety of the technological process and sanitary-hygienic conditions of the labour, technical decisions, providing blast and fire safety object, actions, directed on prevention and reduction of the losses of the personnel from origin ES.
Brought the feature surge, unset and departure, acting upon atmosphere and hydrosphere, sanitary-toxicological feature material, which are present in surge, sewages and departure. Designed the action on guard surrounding ambiences.
Brought the factors quality of feed cheese and product, for which is conducted checking, as well as equipment for his realization.
Will presented economic motivation to practicability construction given plant.
